Terms and conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before confirming your reservation. By making a booking, you agree to comply with the following terms:

1. Reservation and Payment

• Full payment is required to confirm and reserve your room. Reservations will only be secured once the payment has been successfully processed.
• No partial payments or reservations will be held without full payment.

2. Prices and Taxes

• All prices are quoted in IDR and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Any additional taxes or charges will be clearly indicated at the time of booking and must be paid as part of the full payment.

3. Payment and Terms at Check-in/Check-out

• Payment must be made in full prior to check-in, as mentioned above.
• Guests must check-in after 2PM and check-out by 11AM on the agreed date. Late check-outs may incur additional charges.

4. Self Check-In

• We provide a self check-in process via a lock box. Instructions for access will be sent to you prior to your arrival. You are responsible for securing the premises after entry and exit.

5. Traveling with Minors

• Our accommodation is not suitable for children and infants. We do not accept guests under the age of 12. Please respect this policy to ensure a comfortable experience for all.

6. Pets

• We have three pets living on the premises. To ensure their comfort, we do not allow any other pets on the property. No exceptions will be made.Failure to comply with this policy will result in early termination of your stay without refund.

7. Accessibility or Special Needs

• We strive to accommodate guests with special needs wherever possible. However, please contact us in advance to discuss any specific accessibility requirements. Please note that our facilities may have limitations in accommodating certain accessibility needs due to the structure of the premises.

8. Parking

• Parking is available on-site for registered guests only. Vehicles are parked at the guest's own risk, and we are not responsible for any damage or theft.

9. Hotel Events

• We do not allow parties or events on the premises unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing. Any unauthorized gatherings may result in immediate termination of your stay without a refund.

10. Damage and Charges

• Any damage to the property, including but not limited to stained linens, burns, cuts, or other forms of damage, will be charged to the guest. The guest agrees to cover any repair or replacement costs that may arise from damage caused during their stay.

11. Right of Admission and Permanence

• We reserve the right to deny admission or terminate your stay if the house rules or terms are not followed. We also reserve the right to refuse service or entry to anyone who we believe poses a risk to the safety and comfort of our home and other guests.

12. Liability for Injuries

• We are not responsible for any personal injuries or accidents that may occur within or outside our premises, whether during your stay or while transiting on our property. Guests agree to stay at their own risk.
• Additionally, we are not responsible for any incidents, injuries, or mishaps that may occur during tours or walks outside of our facilities.

13. Force Majeure

• We are not liable for any failure to meet our obligations under these terms and conditions due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, acts of war, or other unforeseen circumstances (force majeure).

14. Dispute Resolution/Issues

• In the event of any dispute or issue during your stay, please contact us immediately to address and resolve

NOTICE: ONGOING CONSTRUCTION!
Please be advised that there is ongoing construction nearby from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM daily. For your comfort, we provide all guests with earplugs upon arrival. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.By signing these terms and conditions, you acknowledge that the construction activities and any associated noise are beyond our control.

By confirming your reservation, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Failure to comply may result in additional charges, early termination of your stay, or legal action where applicable.We thank you for your understanding and cooperation and look forward to hosting you.

Cancellation Policy:

Free Cancellation (First 48 Hours): You may cancel your reservation free of charge within 48 hours of booking, as long as the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before your scheduled check-in.

Cancellations More Than 14 Days Before Check-In: If you cancel more than 14 days prior to check-in, you will receive a 50% refund of the total booking amount.

Cancellations Within 14 Days of Check-In: Cancellations made within 14 days of check-in are non-refundable.

If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the paid nights will not be refundable.
In case the guest simply does not show up (and does not cancel in advance), the total price of the reservation will be charged and this will be non-refundable.

Please note that all refunds will be processed in accordance with these terms, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
